RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel confident with every INTO.EIGHT purchase.

VIETNAM

Returns are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be returned in original packaging

Sale items and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders due to high shipping and handling costs.

We recommend reviewing the size guide, product details, and fit information carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
